AIDS
There are several misconceptions about AIDS. This is only a syndrome and not a disease by itself. That is the reason why AIDS by itself can not kill any one. When a person has HIV + virus he is said to be having AIDS and his immune systems are likely to be weakened by this virus. As the condition worsens even a simple common cold or skin infection can kill the patient. This is because there will not be enough anti bodies to fight the germs that enter the body and so death occurs. Research is done on several drugs to boost the immunity of the AIDS patient. There is hope.
