Air Pollution
The chemical factories, thermal power plants and the automobiles of the world emit poisonous gases into the atmosphere. U.S accounts for half the cars in the world. Carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and nitrous oxide spoil the atmosphere and the air we breathe. Apart from this the textile mills pollute the atmosphere with their fine cotton dust and asbestos particles also mix with the air. This polluted air causes severe bronchitis, lung cancer, and skin irritation. With a view to control the pollution strict laws were enacted but they are hardly put to practice. We must realize that we are destroying this planet by our stupidity.
