Bread Omelette

Bread omelette is an easy recipe to prepare in about ten minutes and has helped bachelors a lot. This can be served as evening Tiffin or morning breakfast. All the ingredients are, 2 eggs, 6 slices of breads with edges removed, salt, edible oil and finely chopped onions, green chilies and coriander. Grated color vegetables can also be added. Now, mix up all the contents except bread and oil. Batter the eggs well, to get a softer omelette. Then heat the pan, add oil, dip the bread in egg solution and toast it to golden brown, for yummy omelette which is liked by all age groups.
