Stress happens to us all. There are times when we feel very much overwhelmed. It’s a feeling of anxiety and prolonged tension. This happens to most students and office goers. Stress is an action signal. It’s your body telling you that you must change something – maybe your perspective or maybe your strategy on how to solve the problem. When you get stressed out, the most challenging thing is to get out of the low. And most of us make the mistake in analyzing the situation which apparently leads to our downfall.
