In spite of doing all your exercises and a good diet habit you may not find a satisfactory weight reduction. This is because unknown to your self you are tucking in extra unnecessary calories with every meal. When ever a meal is served it will not be possible to calculate your accurate calorie requirement and so a little extra food sits before you. In your effort not to waste food you finish off those last two or three morsels and leave the plate clean. This extra calorie intake will add up to your already accumulated fat in a small way and when you do it three times a day imagine the harm you are causing to yourself! So do not worry if a little amount of food is wasted and leave it on the plate.
